Ok or NOT Ok to allow minors to get married with parental permission?

So, California, in addition to New Mexico, Mississippi and Oklahoma do NOT have minimum age requirements to get married. Meaning, kids can get married with parental permission... is this Ok or Not Ok? We want to hear from you, let us know what YOU think in the comments.
