This may be one of the most relevant Open Letters from Galvin EVER. Who thinks customer service is getting BETTER?? Nobody! To the point where it’s an event when its good. Galvin featured this topic in his Open Letter today, then the show took on another controversial/complicated topic... Tipping! What do you tip for a hair cut?
