Bert Kreischer Announces: The Two Bears 5K Is Coming to Tampa!
Today on The Mike Calta Show, longtime friend of the show and Tampa’s own, Bert Kreischer, called in to announce something big: the Two Bears 5K is officially happening in Tampa on May 4th. And he’s not coming alone—Bert’s bringing Tom Segura and Jelly Roll along for what’s sure to be the most chaotic 3.1 miles this city has ever seen.
Right out of the gate, Bert demanded one thing: a commitment from Mike Calta to run the 5K. Naturally, Mike tried to squirm his way out of it, but Galvin the show’s only “runner” stepped in. “It’s only 3.1 miles, Mike. You could totally do it if you start training now… or, you know, yesterday.”
Carmin, however, made it clear that running was off the table thanks to her “loose knees.” She did agree to walk the 5k, though, which is better than nothing.
Then there’s Geo, who threw down the ultimate challenge, confidently declaring, “Not only will I run it, but I’ll definitely beat Mike’s time.”
Will Mike actually train? Will Carmen’s knees hold up? Will Geo cross the finish line first—or at all? One thing’s for sure: May 4th is going to be one for the books.
