What is Commuter Choices Week? Commuter Choices Week (CCW) is an annual event designed to remind the public of the various options for commuting to work other than driving alone - such as carpooling, vanpooling, riding the bus, bicycling, walking, teleworking, and alternative work hour programs. Click here to learn more about it.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE

We are asking employers and organizations to promote and support Commuter Choices Week. If you are new to the program and would like assistance in setting up an Employee Commute Options Program, please click here.
WHY IS CCW HELD?
  1. For working commuters to experience a different way of commuting for the first time.
  2. To enable employers and organizations to participate in a community-wide event which can contribute to reducing our region's traffic congestion, fuel consumption and air pollution.
  3. To educate the general public and the media that there are ways of commuting to work other than driving alone.
  4. To highlight our region’s transportation issues in a fun, yet educational way.
